Weekly Prayer: Feb 28th, 2022

Weekly Prayer (Feb 28th, 2022): Let us pray for all those Japanese people living abroad, that the Lord will bring them to saving faith, and that they will bear witness to the gospel in Japan or wherever the Lord places them.

When hearing a Japanese person's testimony, it is not unusual to hear that they came to faith--or at least that important seeds were planted--when they were living, working, studying, etc. outside of Japan. God works in ways beyond what we can imagine to bring people into his kingdom, and so let us pray for those who are currently abroad, whether for a week or for a few years, to be able to hear the gospel and be brought into God's family by the grace of Christ.

Let us pray for those who are currently reaching out to Japanese friends, families, and communities abroad, that God will fill them with his grace and wisdom as they share the love and hope of Christ and the gospel with these Japanese men, women, and children. Let us pray for the Lord to create in these hearts good soil for the seed of the gospel. And let us pray for all those the Lord calls to Himself to go and make disciples in the Name of Jesus by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Father in heaven, as we bring these requests before you, we ask for you to do more than we can ask or imagine, for the sake of your Name and for the joy of the Japanese people. In Jesus's beautiful Name, Amen.
