Most of the 127 million Japanese people living today have never read the Bible, do not have one Christian friend, and have never had the Gospel explained in a way that makes sense to them.

Pray that each Japanese person will have the opportunity to hear the Gospel. And, along with this, pray for the Japanese to see the Bible not as a book for foreigners but as God's Word to all peoples, including them (Romans 10:14-17; 2 Timothy 3:16).
